不丹王国位于中国和印度直接的喜马拉雅山脉东段南坡的一个内陆国，不丹族是不丹的主体民族，西部不丹语“宗卡”和英语为官方用语，不丹经济相对落后，但不丹是世界幸福指数最高的国家之一，这是一个被称作“天堂”的地方，这里有蓝的天，高的山，淳朴的人心，还有神秘的宗教，不丹是旅行者神往的仙境，更是摄影人梦寐的天堂
走进不丹五日游
第一天
不丹-延布
在飞往不丹的航班上您能获得喜马拉雅山脉的壮观视觉享受，亦可在下降时一览帕罗全景李富真。到达目的地之后我们将会有代表在不丹国际机场出口处等候接机万书阁。午饭后我们将参观塔宗“瞭望塔”博物馆，那儿贮有令人难忘的古旧的新兴的唐卡（喷绘或刺绣的宗教画卷）、宗教墨迹、节日舞会面具和其他大量具有历史价值的藏品。博物馆还留有许多历史遗迹。接下来您就可以参观帕罗宗-日蓬堡。日蓬堡拥有坚实的扶壁，是不丹建筑最杰出的代表之一。战时曾被用作堡垒水阙仙班，长时期抵御西藏的入侵，如今被用作放置僧侣的遗体，也是地区政府办事处。我们将驾车开往不丹首都延布，行程大概一小时到一小时二十分钟，当晚会在延布过夜。（Day 1Paro-Thimphu
TheflightintoParowillprovideyouwithaspectacularviewoftheHimalayanmountainranges.DuringthedescentonecanenjoyapanoramicviewoftheParovalley.UponarrivalyouwillbereceivedbyourrepresentativeattheParoInternationalAirportexitdoors.AfterlunchyouwillvisitTaDzong“Watchtower”Museumcomplexwhichhousesanimpressivecollectionofoldandnewthangkaspaintedorembroideredreligiouspictures),religiousrelicsandfestivaldancemasksamongothercollectionswithhistoricalvalue.TheMuseumalsohasanaturalhistorycollectionondisplay.NextyouwillvisitRinpungDzongwhichisaperfectexampleofBhutanesearchitecture.withitsthickbuttressedwalls.DzongswereusedasfortsduringtimesofwarandthisfortwasusednumeroustimestothwartinvasionsfromTibet.Atpresent,itisusedtohousethemonasticbodyaswellasdistrictgovernmentofficesAfterwardswewilldrivetothe capitalcityThimphuwhichisashort1-1hr20minutesdrivefromParo.YouwillspendthenightinThimphu).
第二天
延布
早餐过后开始一天的行程。首先参观不丹国家纪念碑，始建于1974年，为了纪念不丹第三代国王。下一个景点是葬岗拉康黄培陪，作为一个颇受欢迎的堡垒，葬岗拉康如同寺庙坐落在山上zjgrc ，俯瞰着不丹峡谷。接着我们移步大佛像一门三父子，其中金刚座释迦摩尼佛像高约50米，现今已进入修建最后阶段。午饭过后，我们将继续观赏民间遗产博物馆，那里有许多翻修的中世纪农舍。下一个是不丹国家绘画艺术学院（包含13种传统艺术和手工艺品），学院开设了唐卡制作、木雕、刺绣以及雕塑等专业课程。如果您恰好是周末过来旅游，还可以去延布集市人道屠宰，体验一下周末的喧嚣和热闹。如果时间允许还可以去动物园参观不丹的国宝羚牛。在回宾馆的路上，能看到大西丘宗，里面陈设有国王的政务室，官员的办公室和僧侣的遗体桑晨图片。晚上在延布宾馆过夜.
Day2:ThimphuAfterbreakfaststartthedayoffwithavisittotheNationalMemorialChorten,builtin1974asamemorialtothethirdkingofBhutan.ThenextitemontheitenarywillbeavisittoChangangkhaLhakhangwhichisapopularfortressliketempleperchedonahilloverlookingtheThimphuvalley.WewillthenmovetowardsBuddhaPointwherea50mtallBuddhaDordenmaiscurrentlyin thefinalstagesofcompletion.Afterlunch李家军贴吧 ,wewillcontinuesightseeingwithavisittotheFolkHeritageMuseumwhereyouwillgettovisitarestoredmedievalfarmhouse.NextisavisittotheNationalInstituteofZorigChusum(The13artsandcrafts)wheretheyofferspecializationincoursesofThangkamaking,woodcarvings,embroidery,andsculptingtothestudents.Ifyourvisitcoincideswiththeweekends,张瑶萱youcanpayavisittotheThimphumarkettoexperiencethesights,smellsandsoundsofthebustlingweekendmarket.Iftimepermits,thedaywillendwithavisittotheMothithangZootoseethetakinswhichisthenationalanimalofBhutan.Onthedrivebacktoyourhotel,youwillseetheTashichodzongwhichhousesHisMajesty’ssecretariat,officeofsomeoftheministries,andThecentralmonkbody.YouwillspendthenightinyourhotelinThimphu.
第三天
延布-普那卡
早饭过后向普那卡出发，大约三个小时，中途会在多楚拉山口（海拔3140米）稍作停留。晴天的时候在那里可以将喜马拉雅山脉一览无余，还能看到令人难忘的108纪念碑和标志性的排列经幡赌王之王。驾车驶下普那卡山谷，还能欣赏到山腰上四五月正妖娆绽放的杜鹃花。在进入普那卡之前，您将参观到由喇嘛朱卡库拉的堂兄修建的奇美寺车远达，喇嘛朱卡库拉被看作生殖力的象征，在西方以"疯癫圣僧"之名著称，很多有生育问题的人都会在此朝拜已获庇佑。在奇美寺自助厅吃过午饭后前往普那卡。普那卡在二十世纪中期以前一直是不丹的首都黄山来的姑娘，夏宗法王于1637年修建法寺，冬天修道院院长杰.堪布以及从延布到普那卡来的成个上百的僧侣会寄居于此。法寺带有松柏雕刻的台柱，饰以红金黑三色附带坚实的扶墙，三个宽广的后院，是不丹建筑师的杰出榜样。当晚您将在普那卡宾馆度过愉快的夜晚.Day3:Thimphu-PunakhaAfterbreakfast,wewillstartthe3hourjourneytowardsPunakha.Ontheway,wewillmakeabriefstopatDochulapass(3,140mabovesealevel)whereonacleardayonecanenjoyanincredibleviewoftheHimalayanmountainranges.Thisistheplacewhereanimpressivecollectionof108chortensandhillsidemarkedbyarrayofprayerflagscanbeseen.AsyoudrivedowntowardsPunakhaValley,youcanenjoytheviewofthehillsidesfilledwithrhododendonsinfullbloomduringthemonthsofAprilandMay.BeforeenteringPunakha,youwillpayavisittoChimeLhakhangwhichbuiltbythecousinofLamaDrukpaKuenleywhoismorefamouslyknowntothewesternworldastheDivineMadman.DrukpaKuenleyisconsideredasasymboloffertilityandcoupleshavingdifficultyconceivingoftenvisitthetempletoreceiveblessings.AfterlunchattheChimiLhakhangcafeteriawewillheadtowardsPunakha.PunakhawastheoldcapitalofBhutantillthemid1950’s.TheDzongwasbuiltbyZhabdrungNgawangNamgyalin1637.ItisthewinterresidenceofthechiefabbotJeKhenpoandhundredsofmonkswhomovefromThimphutoPunakhaandresidehereduringthewintermonths.ItisaperfectexampleofBhutanesearchitecturewithpillarscarvedoutofcypresstressadornedingold,redandblackcolors,伊恩拉什 thickbuttressedwalls,andthreelargecourtyards.YouwillspendthenightinyourhotelinPunakha.

第四天
普那卡-帕罗

第五天
第五天帕罗
早饭过后我们将徒步两小时到达虎穴寺，那里坐落着海拔九百米的河谷。虎穴即“雌虎的巢穴”，是不丹最受尊崇的朝圣景点之一，很受旅客们的欢迎牛金生。传说，莲花生大士踏在虎背上奇迹般地飞落于此，整整冥想了三个月，为罗谷带来了佛教的传承。下山时我们将在虎穴自助厅吃午餐。下午，我们将去参观德鲁格耶尔宗遗迹，这是在1646年，夏仲阿日王朗杰为了纪念1644年与西藏战役的胜利而修建的，杜克耶堡是胜利的竹巴人的堡垒。回程时如果时间允许我们将带您去祈楚寺，它是不丹最古老的寺庙之一，是在七世纪时由著名的的佛教藏族皇帝松赞干布修建。夜晚您将在帕罗度过美好的夜晚。
Day5:ParoAfterbreakfastwewillstartthe2hourhiketoTaktshangGoembawhichrestsatanaltitudeof900metresabovethevalley..Taktshangmeaningthe'Tiger'sNest'isoneofBhutan'smostveneratedpilgrimagesitesandisaverypopularsiteforalltouristsvisitingBhutan.Accordingtolegend,GuruRinpochemiraculouslyflewhereonthebackofatigress,meditatedinacavehereforthreemonthsandconvertedthewholeofParovalleytoBuddhism.OnthewaydownwewillhaltatTaktshangCafeteriaforlunch.Intheafternoon,atriptovisittotheruinsofDrugyelDzong,builtin1646byZhabdrungNgawangNamgyaltocommemoratehisvictoryovertheTibetansin1644.Drukgyelmeans'thefortressofthevictoriousDrukpas.’Onthewayback,iftimepermitswewilltakeyoutoseeKyichuLhakhang,whichisoneoftheoldesttemplesinBhutan.itwasbuiltinthe7thcenturybythefamousBuddhistTibetanKingSongtsenGampo.YouwillspendthenightinyourhotelinParo.
